These Terms govern purchases from and permitted use of Chery Edit at cheryedit.com.
The seller is Cobalt Commerce LLC, a United States limited liability company operating under the brand Chery Edit.

Scope
We sell to customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
The product description, checkout information, order confirmation, Return and refund policy, and Shipping policy form part of the applicable sales agreement. Personal information is handled under the Privacy policy.
Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any inconsistent provision.
Eligibility and accurate information
To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into the transaction or act with the authorization required by applicable law.
You must provide accurate information necessary for payment and delivery and be authorized to use the selected payment method. Notify us promptly if an order contains an error.
Products and descriptions
Products are offered as described on their product pages at the time of purchase. Availability may change before an order is confirmed.
Product photographs assist with identification and presentation. Differences caused solely by screen settings do not alter our obligation to supply products matching their description.
Personalization instructions provided with an order form part of the requested specification. You should review them before submitting the order.
Orders and acceptance
You may review and correct your order before submitting payment.
An order becomes a confirmed purchase when we accept it and issue an order confirmation. We may decline an order before acceptance if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, the destination is unsupported, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or an unlawful transaction.
If a material error affects the price or description, we will contact you about the correction. We will not require an additional payment without your agreement. Cancellation of an accepted order is subject to applicable law.
If we cancel an order and have collected payment, the amount collected for the cancelled purchase will be refunded.
Prices, currency, and payment
All prices and charges are in United States dollars, USD, unless a particular payment service separately displays a currency conversion.
Applicable product prices, delivery charges, and taxes collected by us are disclosed before the order is submitted. Prices include taxes where applicable law requires inclusive pricing.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or foreign transaction fee. Those charges are determined by that provider.
The card statement descriptor is Chery Edit.
Taxes and import charges
You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges legally payable by you and not collected at checkout.
This allocation does not transfer taxes or other obligations that applicable law requires Cobalt Commerce LLC to collect, pay, or disclose. Amounts already collected by us for a particular charge are not payable to us a second time.
Fulfillment and delivery
Products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to customers.
Processing takes 2 to 4 business days. Transit takes 10 to 15 business days after dispatch. The total expected timeframe is 12 to 19 business days.
An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller. Using a fulfillment provider or carrier does not remove your rights against Cobalt Commerce LLC.
Responsibility for loss or damage during delivery is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers that responsibility earlier than the law permits.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact contact@cheryedit.com promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order. Once processing or dispatch has begun, a voluntary change may no longer be possible. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Our voluntary refund request period is 7 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in the Return and refund policy. Non-delivery claims may be submitted after the maximum delivery period without waiting for delivery.
Personalized products are excluded from voluntary refunds, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Approved refunds do not require physical return of the product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval, or sooner where legally required.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights under applicable United States federal or state law, Canadian provincial or territorial law, or Australian Consumer Law.
Australian customers retain statutory rights concerning acceptable quality, suitability, description, and remedies for failures. Those rights may include repair, replacement, refund, and compensation depending on the circumstances. Australian consumer guarantees.
Any applicable provincial language rights also remain unaffected.
Permitted website use
You must not:
- Use the website for fraud or unlawful transactions.
- Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access.
- Interfere with checkout, security, or normal website operation.
- Misrepresent your identity or payment authority.
- Infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website. Restricting access does not extinguish your rights concerning an existing order.
Intellectual property
Website text, designs, images, branding, and other protected content belong to Cobalt Commerce LLC or the relevant rights holders.
You may use the website for lawful shopping and personal reference. Other use requires permission unless permitted by law.
Information and photographs sent for customer support may be used to assess and resolve the request. Submission for support does not authorize their publication in marketing.
Third-party services
Shopify provides the commerce platform. Payment services, carriers, and other providers may apply their own terms to services you use directly.
Cobalt Commerce LLC remains the seller of products purchased from Chery Edit. A third party’s terms do not remove our legal responsibilities to you.
Website availability and liability
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. We may undertake maintenance or address security and technical issues.
Our liability for products, transactions, personal information, and website services is determined by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Website availability provisions do not excuse a failure to fulfill an accepted order or provide a legally required remedy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, subject to mandatory laws applicable to the customer and transaction.
To the extent legally permitted, disputes may be brought before the competent state or federal courts serving Orange County, Florida.
This provision does not require a consumer to surrender a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction or to rely on mandatory protections available where they live.
Changes and severability
Changes to these Terms apply prospectively. An existing purchase remains governed by the terms applicable when it was made, unless a lawful change is agreed with you.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions continue to apply.
